- You have at least 2 years of experience as Epic Owner, technical project manager or Product Owner, and on cross-functional/technical organizational streams

- Definethe Portfolio Epic (technical vision, strategy, objectives and outcomes), in alignmentwith organizational and business goals
- Create the lean business case, leverage the benefits to align and have a joined solutioning
- Support the Epic's prioritization, break down into features and plan milestones
- Support the Minimum Viable Product ( MVP) development
- Coordinatethe Epic's development, facilitating its implementation, and ensuring end-to-end features integration across contributing Trains with timely deliverables
- Collaborateclosely with SAFe stakeholders within/outside Digital and act as a bridge between them (Lean Portfolio Management, Product & Solution Management, RTEs, Solution & Trains Architects, Train Agile teams, ...)
- Continuously monitor,analyzeandrefinethe Epic goal, based on feedback and value delivered
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and reflected to the Epic
- Participate to meetings: PI Planning Event, System Demos, Lean Portfolio Management, PO Sync, ...
- Support on the budget activities associated to the Epic.
- Proven experience as an Epic Owner, Technical Project Manager or Technical Product Owner,with a successful track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects or Epics
- Excellent leadership and communication skillswith different type of stakeholders
- Experience of Agile/Scrum methods is required,experience within SAFe organization (or similar) and Product LifeCycle (PLC) is a plus.

In Digital we help airlines in building their online presence and drive more direct online sales. Our suite of platform-based innovative digital solutions (web, mobile app, dev toolkits, etc....) allows airlines to deliver the best online booking and servicing experience to their passengers, with an aim to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty. Digital represents a key area of investment for Amadeus. Growth, innovation and diversification are critical to attain and maintain a position of leadership against many fast moving competitors. The Digital organization is large and diverse: more than 800 people over multiple sites (NCE, LON, BLR, BHO, BOG...). To better respond to our business challenges, the working model is fully in Agile mode, now extended to large scale SAFe mode, grouping both Airlines Commercial organizations and R&D in the same Digital trains.
Summary of job description
Digital is growing its organization to ensure a smooth transition and make every technical migration a success. With the recent example of Public Cloud migration (Curiosity program) aiming to migrate of all Digital applications and environment to Microsoft Azure, we are constantly finding opportunities to optimize the way we manage such migration projects, as they become more and more regular with the evolution of our technical stack.
This is why we are looking for an energetic and motivated SAFe Epic Owner who can lead and drive technical Epics in order to support Digital in this evolution; the role will include at first to strengthen the epics organization and split around Curiosity program.
