About the Team Hiring:

  • Our Team is responsible for the processing of financial transactions; We are the gatekeeper of the Audited Annual Financial Statements.
  • We are in charge of Cash Management (A/P, A/R, etc.) in compliance with Corporate Group Policies and local regulations. We maintain a low DSO.
  • We report monthly to the Group respecting the deadlines and perform analysis to explain the results vs budget.
  • We support the local business and work with all the functions (Sales, Order Operations, Tech, etc.). Our role is to help the EVP of North America and functional senior leadership to drive the business with KPI definitions for them to make the best decisions to grow and achieve the region's target.

Overview:

  • The VP of Finance is in charge of the Finance & Order Operations functions in North America. They must ensure compliance with local rules and regulations. They must report to the Group respecting the Group Corporate Policies and deadlines.
  • They are a Business Partner to the EVP NAMER. and are responsible for developing and directing the company's analytical, financial plans and policies.
  • The VP of Finance also reports on metrics to optimize our growth by understanding where efficiencies exist to maximize scalability throughout the year.
  • Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs.
  • Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to identify and address issues affecting overall performance proactively.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure the company hits and/or exceeds its revenue targets.

  • Manage the Finance & Oper Operations Teams
  • Reporting and control analysis in a timely manner
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Yearend Financial Statements
  • Bank relationships.
  • Auditor relationships
  • Finance related Vendors relationships.
  • Processes improvement and automatization
  • Contract management: insurance/rent/ car rent according to the Group policy
  • Relationships with Corporate Finance Team and Regional Leadership team
  • Oversee legal tasks with the help of the legal advisor: shareholder's meeting/ merge.
  • Budget planning and forecasting
  • Implementation of new Information Systems
  • Segregation of tasks mainly for payments
  • Regional budget gatekeeper
  • Compliance with Company policies & local regulations
  • FP&A for the Region
  • Management of Real Estate in the Region
  • Finance interlocutor for Mergers and Acquisitions in the Region

  • Gross Margin, OPEX, EBITDA, DSO optimization
  • Team Management: clarity, growth, One Graitec
  • Annual Audited Financial Statements with no reserve
  • Meeting monthly reporting deadlines
  • Consistency with Business Extract
  • Compliance to GRAITEC internal management rules and external regulations
