Odaseva is looking for a People Operation Manager - EMEA (France & UK) to assist with their exponential grow. The position will be based in Paris, France.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees to engage with, in your regions (France & UK) : have daily conversations with employees to get to know them and build trusting relationships (sync with each person every month)
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, wellbeing and employee engagement
  • Being responsible for the HR onboarding new employees from day one
  • Participating in HR projects in your regions
  • Communicating internally (Odaseva's Corporate teams) on new regulations affecting employment laws in your regions
  • Enforcing company policies in your regions
  • Being responsible for France & UK payroll coordination with external service providers
  • Being responsible for office management onsite in Paris and remotely in London: organising team building activities and events, tracking and ordering swag for newcomers, office supplies, snacks, managing employee and visitors badges, checking up mails, being responsible for repair orders and deliveries, office attendance management, etc

You will bring:


  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 712 years experience in a HR or People role in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
