    Description
    Poursuivant la rénovation de ses espaces commerciaux, Le Bon Marché continue de cultiver son caractère d'exception en multipliant les projets novateurs.

    Nous recrutons des Responsables des Ventes en alternance pour nos départements commerciaux.

    Au cours de votre expérience, vous rejoignez une équipe de Responsables des Ventes, que vous assistez sur des missions de management d'équipe et d'animation commerciale sur un secteur précis.

    En tant que binôme d'un(e) Responsable des Ventes, vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes :
    - Animer une équipe de Conseillers de vente : manager, coacher, motiver et informer au quotidien les équipes sur le terrain
    - Développer la performance commerciale de votre secteur et garantir une qualité de service optimale au client
    - Analyser les ventes
    - Gérer les litiges clients et l'ouverture des caisses
    - Garantir l'approvisionnement et le merchandising de votre secteur
    - Coordonner les inventaires et les opérations commerciales

    Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation de type école de commerce ou équivalent, niveau Bac +4/5.

    Vous possédez une première expérience dans la vente, et idéalement avec des missions de management d'équipe.

    Vous avez le sens commercial, le goût du terrain et une forte orientation client.

    Vous êtes enthousiaste, disposez d'un excellent relationnel et d'une bonne capacité d'écoute.

    Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation, votre réactivité et votre adaptabilité.

    Vous maîtrisez l'anglais.

    Disponibilités les week-ends.
