Au sein de notre Brand store, tes missions seront les suivantes :

Accompagner et conseiller les clients Salomon, afin de fournir une expérience d'achat de haut niveau.
Comprendre les besoins, afin d'offrir un service client personnalisé.
Utiliser ton expérience en matière de service client, de maîtrise des techniques de vente et ta connaissance des produits pour communiquer avec les clients et leur fournir les produits adaptés.
Assurer une bonne gestion du stock afin qu'il soit suffisant et bien organisé.
Participer à la mise en avant des produits en respectant nos normes visuelles.
Réapprovisionner le magasin et actualiser les étiquettes prix, y compris lors de la préparation des soldes.
Contribuer à une mise en rayon régulière et efficace
Participer à la mise en avant des produits en respectant nos normes visuelles « Visuel Merchandising

Ce poste implique au minimum 50% de présence sur la surface de vente.

Qualifications

Parlons de toi :

Tu pratiques et/ou as un intérêt particulier pour les sports pour lesquels nous faisons des produits
Tu aimes interagir avec les clients
Tu es analytique
Tu as une première expérience dans la vente ou le service client
Tu as l'esprit d'équipe

Les + :

Tu parles anglais
Maîtrise du Pack Office
Connaissance des produits Salomon et/ou des équipements et des vêtements de plein air.
Très bonne affinité produits wintersports et trail outdoor
Tu as eu l'occasion de découvrir le bootfitting et/ou le montage de skis

Les conditions :

Horaires flexibles incluant le samedi, les jours fériés
Poste à pourvoir en alternance
