    Quelles sont les missions ?

    Vos missions :
    Rattaché(e) à une Chef de groupe vous serez en charge de la performance d'une des marques phares de l'entreprise, à ce titre :
    - Vous analysez les évolutions du marché (distribution, concurrence, études consommateurs...),
    - Vous définissez le mix marketing (produit, prix, communication, promotion, distribution) des gammes et produits et/ou marques dont vous avez la charge,
    - Vous proposez les axes des plans d'actions commerciales et des campagnes promotionnelles.
    - Vous animez les présentations des projets aux équipes internes et en externe (en support des équipes commerciales pour les présentations clients).
    - Vous analysez la performance commerciale des produits et vous assurez de la bonne rentabilité de votre portefeuille,
    - En relation étroite avec les équipes développement, vous suivez les études et le développement de nouveaux produits et d'évolutions de votre gamme,
    - Vous pilotez la conception, le développement et la réalisation des outils et supports adéquats nécessaires à la mise en place des opérations promotionnelles, en liaison avec le Trade Marketing,
    - Vous intervenez en appui des équipes commerciales afin d'assurer la mise en oeuvre des actions de promotion du produit (argumentaires, outils d'aide à la vente, opérations spéciales...),
    - Vous suivez votre P&L et gérez le budget de la marque dont vous avez la charge (hors media).
    - Vous pilotez et/ou participez à différents projets transverses en fonction de l'activité,
    - Vous assurez une analyse régulière de votre activité et communiquez à votre hiérarchie.

    Quel est le profil idéal ?

    Vous êtes :
    Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (école de commerce/ingénieur, grande université), vous disposez d'une expérience similaire confirmée (5 années minimum) impérativement acquise dans un univers de marques.
    Au cours de cette dernière, vous avez travaillé en profondeur sur tous les aspects de la fonction (études, développement produit, story-telling, gestion, ...).
    Énergique, pro-actif(ve), force de proposition, vous savez allier créativité et rigueur, capacité d'innovation et sens du business.
    Sensible au " made in France " vous appréciez les produits techniques et saurez alimenter un discours de marque.
    Positif(ve), enthousiaste, curieux(se), capacité à convaincre, doté(e) d'une véritable aisance relationnelle, vous disposez d'une excellente communication écrite et orale.
    Capacité d'analyse et de hauteur de vue, sens des priorités, vous savez associer dimensions stratégiques et opérationnelles.
