- Distribution : negotiate and draft distribution contracts in French and English : selective distribution (authorized distributor contracts, internet amendments), exclusive distribution, general sales conditions, annual commercial agreements, advise and assist the Negotiations/Purchasing France and Europe teams
- Consumer law : validate various communication and promotional materials & assets : advertisements (all media), promotions, price displays, loyalty program offers, cross-merchandising, promotional games, etc.
- Competition : contribute to the roll-out of the competition compliance program
- Supplier contracts, indirect purchasing and general services : drafting/updating and negotiating general purchasing conditions, as well as all types of service, purchasing and partnership contracts
- Advise and assist the various head office departments, stores, customer service and regulatory departments in these areas, draft recommendations
- Manage and monitor inspections by authorities in France and other European countries
- Provide support and expertise to Sephora subsidiaries worldwide and to local lawyers
- Draft and monitor delegations of authority
- Manage and monitor pre-litigations and litigations in all these areas
- Train operational teams (prepare materials and run sessions) in all these areas
