Welcome to our dynamic and friendly Marketing team As a key member, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that drive Kbrw's growth initiatives.


Our unified Marketing team is committed to engaging in collaborative efforts, encouraging empowerment, fostering a caring environment, and driving performance.


As a Content Manager you'll be at the forefront of shaping our Marketing strategy, working hand in hand with our Head of Marketing.


What will I be doing?:

As our Content Manager, you'll be crafting a dynamic content strategy that aligns seamlessly with our branding and lead generation initiatives


Your responsibilities will include:

Strategy:

  • Understanding and transforming corporate strategy and internal needs into content strategy
  • Proposing relevant themes and building the annual content calendar
  • Collaborating with the team to meet collective marketing objectives (branding, comm, growth & lead gen, customer advocacy...)
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes

Execution:

  • Creating content in various formats (website, blog, white paper, video, webinar, event & conference support, etc.)
  • Managing external relations (service provider, press agency, etc.)
  • Creating internal assets in collaboration with internal teams (internal documentation, customer cases, internal knowledge portal...)

Social media & community management:

  • Maintaining a presence on external communication channels (linkedin)
  • Cocreating and executing social media content in line with marketing objectives (lead content, thought leadership, events)
  • Competitive intelligence on the market's content & communication plan
  • Managing communication and resources (agency, projects, client...)
Management

  • Monitoring metrics (reach, conversion) and adjust assets/themes accordingly in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Managing internal/external resources
  • Content budget management


You will work closely with members of the Marketing team to provide the right content for the right marketing campaign, in particular with the Lead Generation Manager.


What do I need from you?:

  • 6+ years of experience in Content Management, ideally with a Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B Marketing Tech content management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • A deep understanding of content marketing principles, including strategy, content types, and the customer journey
- Proven experience in copywriting and crafting content briefs for video and graphic materials

  • Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn and X for content distribution
  • Soft skills such as strategic thinking, empathy for client needs, a penchant for technology, being proactive, and creativity will be highly valued.
