    Pour répondre à un volume de production en très forte croissance, à de nombreux projets ambitieux d'internalisation mais aussi à la multiplication des ateliers externes, vous développerez un nouveau pôle « production » maroquinerie et bijoux basé à Paris.

    Directement rattaché au CEO, vous êtes la personne référente et charger d'assurer la production avec des critères de qualité extrêmement hauts. En lien étroit avec notre unité de production en Espagne (Plus de 300 employés Polène pour effectuer certaines parties de la confection), vous aurez la charge de renforcer la procédure d'industrialisation, de production et de contrôle-qualité sur les produits-finis de maroquinerie et de bijoux (Annuellement environ 50 SKU sur la maroquinerie, 40 SKU sur la petite-maroquinerie, 30 SKU sur les accessoires en cuir et 30 SKU sur les bijoux).

    Poste transverse et qui nécessite de travailler en collaboration avec de nombreux pôles : Collection (dont atelier de prototypage à Paris),Design , Sourcing et Qualité cuir et matières, Achats et Planification et bien sûr nos sites de production en Espagne.

    Vos missions seront :

    • Assurer la bonne industrialisation des nouveautés et assurer la passation puis le suivi entre le pôle collection et nos ateliers.
    • Recherche de nouveaux ateliers partenaires
    • Définition et mise en place du process de contrôle-qualité produits finis avec l'équipe de production en Espagne, nos ateliers et également avec quelques façonniers externes pour des projets spécifiques.
    • Recommandations et gestions des tests à effectuer sur produits-finis et pièces métalliques (tests labo & tests au porté)
    • Mettre à jour les fiches techniques de production en actualisant les informations de l'équipe développement suite aux évolutions de la production
    • Créer et assurer le respect des cahiers des charges
    • Mise aux normes internationales et certifications
    • Gérer la mise au point et la validation des Masters-Usines et TDS
    • Assurer la conformité de la production avec les TDS (lancer les demandes éventuelles d'inspections de production ou contrôle des pré-ship)
    • Visiter régulièrement notre usine en Espagne et nos façonniers externes (maroquinerie et bijoux) en cours de production pour contrôler et veiller au respect de notre grade de qualité
    • Apporter une aide technique aux usines afin de gérer les problèmes de fabrication
    • Recherche de leviers d'amélioration et de solutions concernant la productivité, la réactivité et la qualité de la production
    • Recherche de nouvelles solutions technologiques et industrielles pour améliorer les différentes étapes de production (découpe, refente, parage, coutures, teintures de tranches)
    • Suivre les éventuels changements de circuit, composantes, prix entre la collection et la production et mettre à jour les informations dans l'ERP
    • Suivi du cycle de vie du produit et du SAV en étant force de propositions sur les solutions techniques à apporter.
    • Ponctuellement, au cours du développement, vous serez sollicité par l'équipe Design et l'atelier pour l'identification des risques techniques & qualité.

    Pour vous accompagner dans ces missions, vous aurez à recruter et faire évoluer dans un premier temps un/e chargé de qualité produits-finis maroquinerie et un/e chargé de qualité produits finis bijoux.

    • De formation Bac +5, vous avez plus de 10 ans d'expérience et occupez actuellement une fonction similaire depuis au moins 3 ans dans la Maroquinerie haut de gamme.
    • Une connaissance complémentaire sur la bijouterie fantaisie sera un plus.
    • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un rôle polyvalent et êtes capable de prioriser et de vous adapter afin de gérer plusieurs projets de front.
    • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à échanger avec les entreprises partenaires et vous êtes familier du fonctionnement interne des usines où vous aimez y passer du temps.(Déplacements réguliers à prévoir)
    • D'un naturel très exigeant, dynamique et autonome, vous savez faire preuve d'initiatives.
    • Vous êtes passionné(e) par le beau ainsi que par la recherche de l'excellence.
    • Connaissances techniques dans la maroquinerie impératives.
    • Vous devrez intégrer et comprendre les particularités de la maison Polène : une exigence extrême dans les produits, le travail avec des artisans en Espagne et le fait d'avoir une partie de la production internalisée.
    • Vous maîtrisez le français, l'anglais et l'espagnol parfaitement.
