- Manages a portfolio of projects and brings together a multi-functional team to progress work collaboratively
- Co-ordinates initiative readiness reviews with various departments
- Facilitates informed decision-making by framing and communicating project questions
- Applies standard Supply operating strategy matrix for finished good sourcing
- Identifies and mitigates issues and risks pro-actively, escalating when necessary
- Co-ordinates crisis collaboration if needed
- Portfolio includes Innovation/new launches, Gross Margin Improvement projects, Regulatory compliance projects, Preservation projects
- Collaborate to deliver a portfolio that meets brand innovation strategy and Coty standards

COTY, CDI H/F
The Global Initiative Leader takes responsibility for a portfolio of projects and influences a multi-functional team to develop and execute an initiative within an Initiative Masterplan (IMP) from idea to launch. Operating as an 'orchestra conductor', the Global Initiative Leader helps drive collaboration in defining and executing the project plan with colleagues in Category Marketing, Artwork, Supply, Procurement, and R&D, bringing expertise in Innovation systems and processes to deliver outstanding results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Global Initiative Leader, you will be the source of truth on project readiness and ensure risks are identified and mitigated by facilitating the multi-functional project team. You will collaborate closely with Site Initiative Leaders in Supply, while maintaining accountability throughout the innovation process.
You will guide and coach teams through the stage gate process and support the use of tools owned by the Initiative Management Team.
