The IT Apprentice Role:

As an IT intern for Windows/Linux support and ESET antivirus improvement, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as improving the antivirus processes with ESET.

You will assist the team in Metz and Paris and help with inventory management.

You will work closely with the IT and System teams to ensure the smooth running of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Activities:

Assisting users in troubleshooting problems on Windows and Linux systems
Identifying and diagnosing technical issues encountered on Windows and Linux workstations and servers
Providing preventive and corrective maintenance for computer equipment
Participating in the design and implementation of computing architecture
Setting up and maintaining the company's IT infrastructures
Developing tools related to server administration and maintenance
Contributing to the deployment of the company's computer systems
Participating in the drafting of technical procedures and documentation
Improving the antivirus processes with ESET
Assisting the team in Metz and Paris
Helping with inventory management

Desired Background and Skills:

Education:

Currently enrolled in a Computer Science degree or equivalent

Experience:

A first internship in Devops or System Administration is a plus

Skills:

You have knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration and networking
You are curious, rigorous, and have a good analytical mind
You are available to travel to Metz and Paris as needed
