Description
Main responsibilities:
- You will join the HR team, based in Paris and your mains tasks will be to:
- Be responsible for the recruitment by preparing: job descriptions, postings ads and managing the hiring process hand in hand with the hiring managers and directors and draft contract;
- Assist training and development programs;
- Manage a part of administrative topics;
- Support on HR collective topics (employee representatives);
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO,data,etc ) according to policy and legal requirements;
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance;
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues;
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects;
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
Profile:
- HR degree
- Windows office
- English and French: Fluent
- Sociable, curious, humility
