    Within Natixis CIB, you join the Advisory & Coverage team of the Ile-de-France Regional Management Team of 11 people. In this team, we are actively working on the development of our client portfolios and the conquest of midcaps and upper midcaps prospects located in Ile-de-France. We bring them the ideas, solutions and products best suited to their strategy, thanks to the coordination of the different expertise of the bank and the BPCE group, both on the most strategic and commercial banking topics.

    Cooperation with the regional banks of Groupe BPCE present in the territory is also an integral part of our missions, in particular to meet the objectives of the ETI BPCE strategic plan.

    On a daily basis, your mission is to:

  • Master and analyze the strategy of your customers or prospects, in order to provide them with solutions that can help them achieve their development objectives within a controlled risk framework;
  • Determine and implement customer by customer and for each prospect, a commercial action plan coordinating the intervention of the different businesses of the group (market, structured finance, international, social engineering, leasing, factor, primary equity, M&A, wealth management, DCM, etc.);
  • Report within the objectives set for you by the Regional Director: objectives of conquering new customers, increasing profitability and controlling risks;
  • Being for the customer or prospect its natural "entry point" and for the businesses, the active pilot of the commercial relationship.
