Description du poste
Au sein de Energy & Real Assets ( ERA ), léquipe crédit-bail fiscal fait partie des principaux acteurs sur son marché. Elle intervient avec les métiers sectoriels de la Banque (maritime, aéronautique, rail, projets) auprès de leurs clients afin de proposer des financements bonifiés de leurs investissements.
Au sein du « Support Front-Office » de cette équipe, il (elle) aura pour mission de gérer des opérations mises en place par le métier, et notamment de :
superviser et/ou assurer le suivi des aspects juridiques, financiers, comptables et fiscaux des opérations (gestion sociale et administrative des structures ad hoc qui portent les actifs, gestion des échéances et suivi de la trésorerie, respect des obligations fiscales, suivi des évolutions de la législation fiscale et application au portefeuille existant) ;
participer, avec le Front-Office, à lélaboration des opérations, à la documentation ainsi quà la livraison des actifs ;
organiser et gérer les débouclages des opérations ;
adapter les modèles financiers aux modifications de lenvironnement fiscal ;
dans le cadre de ces activités, assurer les relations avec les différents interlocuteurs externes (clients, établissements financiers participants, avocats, administrations ) et internes (comptabilité, affaires juridiques et fiscales, middle-office, risques).
