Vous êtes issus d'une formation Bac +2/3 avec une expérience dans la gestion de relation client à l'international.Compétences clés :-Maîtrise d'ERP, CRM, Excel, Power BI-Bon relationnel-Communication -Animation des réunions -Sens du business / commerce-Rigueur et organisationVous êtes capable de dialoguer à l'écrit et à l'oral avec un correspondant anglophone dans un environnement multiculturel.
