- Planifier, Organiser et conduire les essais expérimentaux : formulation et caractérisation des formules dans le respect des délais
- Participer à la conception et mise au point de méthodes d'essai appropriées vis-à-vis de la demande du client.
- Participer à la coordination des essais avec le service technique.
- Assister aux premières Fabrications Industrielles.
- Mettre en forme, interpréter et présenter les résultats expérimentaux.
- Participer au développement de la Culture de la Sécurité dans l'entreprise.
- Respecter et faire respecter les règles en HSE.
- Trier les déchets issus de ses opérations (produits chimiques, matériaux souillés, emballages, ...)
- Signaler les incidents ou anomalies QHSE
- Contribuer de manière permanente auprès du responsable de laboratoire à l'optimisation et/ou à l'amélioration du fonctionnement du laboratoire : HSE, installation, Organisation
- BTS, DUT, BUT, Licence professionnelle en Chimie ou équivalent
- Connaissance de la formulation et de la Chimie des Polymères.
- Connaissance de la Chimie des Adhésifs et des Matières Premières.
- Aisance expérimentale (Montages, conduite des opérations de mélanges, etc ...).
- Connaissance de la Métrologie.
- Connaissance du comportement physico-chimique des produits et des matières premières.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautique
- Connaissance des Normes d'Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement
