DMF SALES & MARKETING, filiale du Groupe FMG SALES & MARKETING, leader en France dans le secteur du marketing opérationnel (85 M d'€ de CA), recherche pour renforcer ses équipes, un DIRECTEUR NATIONAL DES VENTES H/F dédié à un client grand compte, leader dans le secteur de la dermo-cosmétique pour le circuit pharmaceutique.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Département, vous ferez partie intégrante des équipes du département Force de Vente.Vous avez une responsabilité 360° : recrutement des équipes, management, interface client, coordination projet avec les services supports concernés pour la mise en place des outils de formation, de CRM et de business intelligence, pilotage de la performance et suivi des KPIs.Vous êtes force de proposition pour optimiser les performances commerciales des solutions proposées aux clients dont vous avez la charge.Vous assurez le management des chefs de ventes qui vous sont rattachés : définition et suivi des priorités, R/O, analyse et suivi des résultats , évaluation des performances équipes et définition des plans d'actions.Vous avez la responsabilité de votre portefeuille client : vous assurez la relation client avec vos interlocuteurs (direction trade marketing) pour le suivi des opérations et le partage des analyses et plan d'action dans le cadre de comité de pilotage.
Diplômé(e) Bac+5 avec une option vente/marketing, vous bénéficiez d'une riche connaissance du circuit pharmaceutique.Vous disposez d'une expérience de 3/5 ans minimum sur des fonctions commerciales et managériales (terrain obligatoire) idéalement acquise au sein dans un laboratoire et/ou dans l'univers de la prestation de services.Nous recherchons une personne ayant de réelles qualités managériales, exigeante, animé(e) par le challenge et l'opérationnel, ayant une bonne capacité d'analyse et de la rigueur.
