    Position Overview

    Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines France, Belgique et Pays-bas, basée à Paris, et rattaché (e) au DRH, vous mettez en œuvre toutes les actions RH sur le périmètre Retail France et animez les relations sociales

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Ressources Humaines France/Belgique/Pays-Bas, votre rôle sera de mettre en œuvre la politique RH et co-animer les relations sociales avec le DRH.

    HR Manager 70%

    Au sein de l'équipe People & Development France, vous serez l'interlocuteur(rice) privilégié(e) pour l'ensemble des managers et nos équipes Retail France (environ 130 collaborateurs) reparties sur 8 boutiques.

    Dans un contexte de croissance et d'élévation de la marque, vous agissez en véritable « business partner » auprès des leaders/managers Retail France sur l'ensemble des processus RH (People review, Succession plan, développement des équipes, entretiens annuels, strategic workforce planning...).

    Vous jouez un rôle clé en mettant en place, et en effectuant le suivi des KPI's (absence, perf, engagement...) et en proposant des plans d'actions pertinents afin de soutenir les leaders dans les prises de décision. Vous assurez également un accompagnement de proximité pour toutes les questions du quotidien.

    Vous participez aux projets transverses de la région France ou/et EMEA (Outils RH, diversité et Inclusion...)

    Responsable des Relations Sociales (30%)

    Garant(e) du dialogue social, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le DRH et veillez à l'élaboration et à la bonne mise en œuvre de la politique sociale sur un périmètre France, Belgique et Pays-Bas.

    A ce titre, vous :

    Préparez et co-animez les réunions, commissions et négociations avec les différentes instances et partenaires sociaux dans le respect des échéances légales

    Rédigez de notes, comptes rendus de réunions sociales et supports de présentation pour les réunions des instances sociales

    Participez à l'organisation des élections professionnelles.

    Etes garant de la conformité des pratiques internes et documents obligatoires, aux évolutions législatives et/ou conventionnelles en assurant une veille juridique permanente sur les évolutions de la législation, et de la jurisprudence

    Experience, Skills & Knowledge

    Diplômé(e) d'un Master en école de commerce ou université avec spécialisation en RH, vous possédez impérativement une expérience d'au moins 8 ans dans une fonction généraliste RH, dont au moins 3 ans en RH Retail idéalement.

    Agile, curieux(se) et orienté (e) résultats dans un contexte de changements et de croissance, vous êtes reconnu (e) pour votre sens de l'écoute et votre intelligence relationnelle et situationnelle.

    Très terrain, force de proposition, pragmatique et orienté(e) solutions, vous êtes organisé(e) et savez gérer les priorités. Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, le Pack Office.
