Au sein de la direction audience et engagement, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable analytics et acquisition audience (H/F) dont le rôle est de déployer une stratégie d'acquisition d'audience engagées pour l'ensemble des marques CMI (Elle, Télé 7 jours, Marianne...).
Définir une stratégie d'acquisition payante sur l'ensemble des réseaux sociaux (Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube...) Accompagner les rédactions via l'analyse fine des données d'audience sur la recommandation de production de contenus à fort engagement, en articulation avec la responsable SEO éditorial et les équipes SEO techniques, dans l'objectif de rechercher de leviers d'optimisation de la consommation des contenus (textes, vidéos, podcasts, ...) sur les sites, applications et réseaux sociaux
Définir et diffuser les KPIs nécessaires au pilotage des audiences et des produits numériques à destination des équipes éditoriales, marketing, régie, produit et techniques et de la direction
Réaliser des analyses d'audiences avec pour objectifs d'optimiser les produits (sites, app) et les réseaux sociaux, leurs performances d'audience, d'engagement et donc leur monétisation (publicitaire ou abonnement)
Évangéliser l'utilisation de la data dans le pilotage des activités auprès de l'ensemble des directions groupe (rédactions, marketing, ...)
Garantir l'implémentation des outils et du marquage en collaboration avec le responsable tracking et tag management
Management
Prendre le besoin auprès des différentes parties prenantes (produit, équipes techniques, premium, nouveaux business, rédactions, régie...) BAC+5 d'une école de commerce, de communication ou d'université dans le domaine du Marketing Digital, data, digital.
~5 ans d'expérience minimum dans le marketing digital, analytics, acquisition.
~ Expérience éprouvée dans le secteur des médias et du digital.
~ Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
~ Maîtrise du pack office : Excel et Power Point indispensables.
~ Anglais de très bon niveau.
~ Type d'emploi : CDI
