Immersive Learning Program Manager & LMS Product Owner


In 2021, the Digital Transformation Team and the Learning & Development team joined forces to enhance the Learning Experience at bioMérieux for all learners (Employees, Distributors, Customers, Health Care Providers).


Together, we had big ambitions:

Designing a powerful learning ecosystem, building adaptive and impactful Learning Journeys, bringing learning in the flow of work, leveraging the true power of Artificial Intelligence, etc.

Great progress has been made but much more is yet to come


The digital transformation of bioMerieux has reached a new stage and is now mature enough to be infused in each function.

In your new role, you will fully be part of the Learning & Development department.


What will be your focus during your 6 months mission?

  • General:
  • Team management (2 global admins and 1 change manager)
  • Overall program tracking (Milestones, budget, etc)
  • Facilitation of various governance meetings (Team meeting, IS/business meeting, Extended CSOD team, etc)
  • Digital Toolbox:
  • Monitoring
  • Teachup Pilot launch and followup
  • Immersive learning for employees:
  • Training Plan & GPS communication actions Strategy (cobuilt with the change manager)
  • Engaging connection with the COE Employee Experience on Learning in the flow of work (Teams in Viva investigation)
  • Define strategy to boost the Learning Portal's adoption
  • Immersive learning for customers:
  • Formalization of local Learning Portal deployment methodology for future rollouts
  • Immersive learning for distributors:
  • Followup the implementation, adaption and continuous improvement

Who are you?

Studies-Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of Business Transformation in an international context and multiple business domains
  • Robust project management and collaboration capabilities
  • Solid knowledge of the overall Learning & Development environment
  • Strong knowledge of O365 and digital collaboration tools such as Klaxoon, etc.

  • Skills: leadership, collaboration, facilitation, excellent listening & communication skills, ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, client orientation

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Digital dexterity with collaboration & learning tools
  • Fluent in both French & English
