As a Deliverability Specialist, you will:

  • Identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues, including spam complaints, bounces, and blacklisting.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

What will contribute to your success:

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk and JIRA
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple terms to clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
