transparence à l'atteinte de vos objectifs professionnels.
Mon client est à la recherche d'un ou d'une Responsable RH
confirmé(e) pour assurer un rôle de conseil et de support auprès
des opérationnels sur un périmètre dédié. Le poste est
directement rattaché à la DRH France.
Le/la Responsable RH joue un rôle essentiel en assurant la liaison
entre la direction des ressources humaines et les différents
départements opérationnels. Il/elle est responsable de la mise en
oeuvre des stratégies RH alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux de
l'entreprise, tout en offrant un soutien et des conseils spécialisés
aux managers et aux employés.
VOS MISSIONS :
* Piloter et collaborer avec les responsables opérationnels pour
comprendre leurs besoins en matière de ressources humaines et fournir
des solutions adaptées.
* Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre de plans
stratégiques de développement des talents.
* Superviser les évaluations de performance et les processus
d'identification des talents.
* Assurer la gestion des contentieux et des litiges.
* Faciliter le processus de départ des employés et mener des
entretiens de sortie lorsque nécessaire.
* Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les employés et
les managers, en offrant un soutien continu
Quel est le profil idéal ?
De formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, vous avez minimum 5
années d'expérience sur une fonction RH généraliste et
opérationnelle, idéalement en ESN.
Doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous faites preuve de dynamisme, de
flexibilité et de fortes capacités à agir dans un environnement
exigeant.
La connaissance de la convention SYNTEC est attendue pour réussir sur
ce poste.
Anglais professionnel.
