Après 9 ans passés chez un pure player web (monalbumphoto.fr), je suis à la recherche d'un poste qui pourrait me permettre de capitaliser sur mon expérience, tout en élargissant mon domaine de compétence, que ce soit à travers de nouvelles missions, ou par la découverte d'un nouveau secteur.
Expérience
1) Develop local market knowledge
- Review competitor activity (product, pricing, discount...) to influence strategy
- Understand drivers of NPS and customer satisfaction to prioritize projects
- Understand and interact with key relevant associations and events.
- Ensure competitiveness of portfolio, prices and offers
- Understand local customers, competitors, marketplace to drive targeted campaigns
2) Execution of Marketing campaigns
- Partnering with the central functions to ensure local value proposition and product mix focus
- Briefing specific campaigns in order to reach (new) customers following strategic and local directions.
- Implements local partnerships, local media buying and acquisition DMs
- Acting upon the NPS drivers and customer experience (delivery, complaints, site flows... )
- Local social media engagement
- Coordinating campaigns and product launches with central mkt.
- Actively involved in the GTMs to ensure fit with market requirements and optimal marketing plans
- Coordinates the various channels and discounts.
- Launch of new products in collaboration with the product team and central marketing teams
- Point of contact for language-skill needed tasks as website, editor, promotion templates
- Implements a content strategy for the country. Writes, translates, edits and publishes content for the website and all marketing templates
3) Realizing alignment in channels
- Aligns the use of creatives and content information for the marketing channels (Tv, flyers, etc.).
- Ensures the correct use of materials and content in cooperation with central marketing
4) Contributing to the marketing & sales plan
- Contributes to the marketing & sales plan, based on the company strategy
- Share KPI updates for all channels on a weekly and monthly basis to CM.
5) Management
- Animation and development of the country team (3 country marketers + 1 intern) in the aim of being known as country experts in the group.
