    Notre mission ? Éduquer et informer sur le déséquilibre hormonal qui est responsable des maux menstruels - et qui touche huit femmes sur dix - tout en offrant des produits clé en main et naturels pour rééquilibrer ses hormones et retrouver des cycles apaisés.
    Fondée en 2021 par Margaux Aliamus, Circles a déjà aidé plusieurs dizaines de milliers de clientes grâce à des produits ciblés et efficaces, et est aujourd'hui présente online et offline dans toute la France.
    La marque est en forte croissance et en cours d'internationalisation, et recherche sa(son) Country Manager pour piloter notre équipe marketing France et accompagner le rayonnement de la marque.

    Description du poste

    En tant que Country Marketing Manager France, ta responsabilité sera de définir et mettre en œuvre notre stratégie marketing. Tu travailleras étroitement avec notre équipe de direction pour créer des plans marketing alignés sur nos objectifs commerciaux et notre vision à long terme. Ton rôle consistera à développer des stratégies de growth marketing novatrices, à superviser nos campagnes de communication et à diriger une équipe marketing composée de 4 personnes + agences + freelances pour atteindre nos objectifs.

    Responsabilités

    • Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing globale en D2C, en alignement avec nos objectifs commerciaux et notre positionnement sur le marché
    • Superviser et gérer toutes nos activités marketing & communication, y compris les ads, les promotions, les réseaux sociaux, l'influence, les RP, la production de contenus, etc
    • Gérer un budget marketing à 6 chiffres
    • Diriger une équipe marketing de 4 employées, en favorisant un environnement collaboratif et en encourageant l'innovation
    • Piloter le travail de nos agences partenaires et s'assurer de la bonne exécution des tâches et du suivi des KPI
    • Établir des objectifs clairs et des Key Results (OKR) et suivre de près les KPI de l'équipe marketing, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient alignés sur les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise
    • Analyser les performances des campagnes marketing et mettre en place des mesures correctives pour maximiser les résultats
    • Effectuer une veille concurrentielle constante et identifier les opportunités de croissance et de différenciation sur le marché
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements de l'entreprise pour assurer la cohérence de la marque à tous les niveaux

    Vos compétences

    • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en marketing de marque, de préférence dans une marque D2C ou dans un secteur similaire
    • Fort intérêt pour le bien-être féminin et affinités avec la mission de la marque
    • Sensibilité "marque", capacité à développer un univers de marque / produit fort, à comprendre les enjeux de communication auprès de différentes audiences
    • Solides compétences en leadership et capacité démontrée à diriger une équipe
    • Excellentes compétences en communication
    • Maîtrise avancée de tous les canaux marketing (organiques + paid + offline)
    • Connaissance approfondie des dernières tendances et pratiques growth marketing
    • Bonne connaissance du milieu influence et presse, + relations
    • Excellentes compétences en analyse de données et capacité à prendre des décisions basées sur les résultats
    • Lieu : Paris ou hybride avec nombreux déplacements à Paris
    • Disponibilités : dès que possible
