- Ensure regular payroll and social reporting on client files
- Enter variable pay items
- Processing of a new employee: establishment of the DUE, affiliation with social organizations, creation of the employee record in Cegid
- Process the departure of an employee: fill in the employee's file, calculate the STC in simple cases (CDD, resignation) and complex cases (dismissal, breaks), drawing up the work certificate, received from STC, Pôle Emploi certificate
- Establish common Urssaf social statements, pension fund, provident, mutual, occupational medicine, to be supervised by the supervisor
- Prepare year-end returns and taxes
- Ensure any type of communication (telephone, e-mail, mail) in a perfect way in terms of responsiveness and reliability with the clients
- Monitor the progress of the work and ensure compliance with deadlines throughout the portfolio through the schedule;
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm or outsourcing firms
- Excellent oral and written French
- Good English skills - B2/C1
- Knowledge of Silae - payroll software - will be considered a plus
- Experience in managing a client portfolio
- Good knowledge of French payroll techniques
- Responsiveness and proactivity
- Remote working agreement : 4 days in remote, 1 day mandatory at the office
- Possibility to work remotely from abroad 20 working days per year
