- Préparer et suivre les essais R&D pour le développement de nouveaux produits et procédés de fabrication ;
- Prendre en charge les analyses de laboratoire , en particulier les analyses de microstructure (MEB, DRX) : préparation des échantillons, réalisation des analyses, traitements et interprétations, présentation des résultats ;
- Gérer les bases de données R&D du projet : saisie des résultats d'essais (observations, mesures et analyses), mise en forme des résultats sous forme de graphiques, suivi de l'évolution des résultats ;
- Partager la responsabilité de gestion des équipements de laboratoire , notamment MEB et DRX : mise en place des modes opératoires et méthodes de traitement des données, gestion de la maintenance et de l'approvisionnement en consommables, formation des utilisateurs ;
- Assurer le suivi et le développement du savoir-faire technique ;
- Prendre en charge en toute autonomie certaines activités liées aux projets R&D.
- Licence professionnelle dans le domaine des sciences des matériaux ou de la chimie .
- Bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques (notamment Excel/Powerpoint).
- Bonne pratique écrite et orale du français est obligatoire ; une maîtrise de l'anglais serait un plus.

En nous rejoignant, vous participez à des challenges R&D concernant l'industrie du semi-conducteur, et vous contribuez au développement High Tech de l'activité Graphite Specialties de Mersen.
Compétences requises
Une première expérience en laboratoire en milieu industriel, et en analyses chimiques et structurales des matériaux (MEB, DRX) serait un plus.
Très rigoureux et organisé. Vous savez gérer les priorités et vous adapter en fonction des résultats des essais, vous êtes force de propositions. Vous aimez acquérir de nouvelles connaissances et compétences.
