- Organiser et réaliser les expériences de laboratoire. Etablir le planning des études : prévision des différentes étapes de fabrication des échantillons.Réaliser les échantillons : découpe de verre, dépôt de revêtements par impression numérique ou sérigraphie (encres, émail,...), cuisson dans four pilote.Caractérisation des propriétés des échantillons
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des machines d'impression et des fours de l'atelier: établir des modes opératoires, gérer le planning de maintenance et d'entretien
- Maîtriser les outils de caractérisation physico-chimiques des revêtements après dépôt/cuisson: Microscopie numérique, couleur en réflexion par spectrocolorimètre, densitomètre optique, épaisseur avec profilomètre.
- Interpréter et mettre en forme les résultats et rédiger des rapports d'études.
- Etre force de proposition sur la compréhension et résolution des problèmes techniques complexes ainsi que sur les sujets d'innovation
- Participer à la préparation et à la réalisation des essais sur lignes pilotes/industrielles.
- Participer activement aux politiques EHS et qualité de l'équipe et respecter les procédures mises en place.
- 1ère expérience en R&D (titulaire DUT/BUT en science et génie des matériaux ou mesures physiques) disposant de bonnes connaissances dans le domaine des propriétés physico-chimiques des matériaux et ayant une première expérience en gestion de machines industrielles.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (word, excel...)
- Français et Niveau avancé en anglais (oral et écrit – Niveau B2)
- Autonomie dans l'organisation et l'expérimentation
- Esprit critique et fiabilité
- Qualités rédactionnelles et un bon sens relationnel (contact avec les usines et collaboration avec d'autres centres de R&D)
