- Manage the French Retail Strategy and manage all the French CP campaigns across MATTEL Portfolio, building a specific French retail calendars and activations.
- Assist Head of CP to manage the French CP Marketing strategy, working with Brand marketing, and retail marketing to develop Franchise-first retail & marketing campaigns
- Manage Mattel's Consumer Products retail initiatives, and execute against pre-existing programmes
- Maintain and grow retail relationships in France focusing on all categories
- Represent Mattel at trade events and presentations where required
- Act as point of contact and represent Mattel France Consumer Product Retail for key retailers / buyers
- Present and sell in brands to retail to support work of category managers and licensees
- Manage all existing FR RETAIL relations, across pitching, presenting, contact management and strategy
- Help to execute the French Consumer Products strategy, supporting the Head of France
- Deliver FR Retail strategy and drive these relationships with CP programs. Work with Mattel retail team to deliver best in class programs. Manage all stakeholders as part of process.
- Assist on delivering detailed JBP per FR top 6 retail partner that includes retail calendar and activation plan.
- Present French retail plans to top Licensing partners
- Conduct bi-weekly 1to1 meetings, arrange quarterly business reviews, bi-annual top to tops and track activations
- Support category team to deliver and ensure detailed joint FR marketing plan per partner that includes licensee investment that is aligned with Mattel CP goals. Ensure marketing support for top items.
- Support management of the Preschool Property Fireman Sam by executing European Brand strategies and develop and lead the execution of a strong year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media channels, print, kindergarten marketing and other marketing vehicles in France.
- Support Category team to Research, identify and pitch new category opportunities and prospective clients
- Attend Trade Fairs or category specific shows

Sitting within the EMEA Consumer Products Organization, who are responsible for providing leadership and direction for the development and implementation of Consumer Products strategy across all Mattel Brands. We are responsible for steering and achieving key brand, category and fiscal objectives by identifying and collaborating with Global, Regional, Multi Territory and Local licensees. We work in partnership across the business with the Global Consumer Products, Regional Franchise, Local Brand, Regional Marketing, and Regional Product Development teams, as well as with the Audit, Finance and Legal Divisions.

Au sein de l'Organisation EMEA Consumer products, nous sommes chargés de fournir un leadership et une orientation pour le développement et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie Licensing pour l'ensemble des marques de Mattel. Notre responsabilité est de piloter et d'atteindre les objectifs clés en matière de marque, de catégorie et financiers en identifiant et en collaborant avec nos partenaires/Licenciés au niveau mondial, régional ou local.
Nous travaillons en partenariat avec les équipes globales Franchises, les équipes régionales, les équipes locales, le marketing régional et le développement de produits régional, ainsi qu'avec les divisions d'audit, de finance et juridique de l'entreprise.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll be joining the Consumer Products team in a role for the Associate Manager Retail Development Consumer Products. Based out of our French office in France, you'll report directly to the Head of Consumer Products.
You will manage the day-to-day retail business relationships delivering a retail-first mindset in covering all retailer partners – delivering all aspects of partner management, whilst driving Top Licensing partners as per the our growth strategy. Along with Head of CP, you will partner to help build and activate FR retail strategy, building relationships and programs with leading retailers.

Vous êtes en charge de la gestion de la stratégie de vente au détail en France et de toutes les campagnes pour l'ensemble du portefeuille MATTEL, en élaborant des calendriers et des activations spécifiques pour le marché français.
Vous êtes en charge de la gestion de la stratégie marketing en travaillant avec les équipes marketing locales pour développer des campagnes de marketing mixte
Vous gérez les initiatives de vente au détail des produits Mattel, et exécuter les programmes préexistants.
vous entretenez, gérer et développez les relations avec les retailers en France.
vous êtes le point de contact et représentez Mattel France Consumer Product Retail auprès des principaux retailers/acheteurs.
vous Aidez à la mise en place d'un JBP détaillé pour les 6 principaux partenaires de vente au détail en France (calendrier de vente et un plan d'activation).
vous Présentez les plans de vente aux principaux partenaires
Vous êtes en charge de l'organisation des réunions bi-hebdomadaires 1to1, des business reviews trimestrielles, des top tops bi-annuels et du suivi des activations.
Vous êtes en charge de la mise en œuvre de la politique de développement et de la stratégie.
