- Veiller aux aspects de sécurité et au suivi des résultats des marches de sécurité,
- Gérer des projets dans le cadre de construction d'espaces de travail (laboratoires, bureaux, etc.),
- Gérer la sécurité, l'entretien et les installations de travail afin de s'assurer qu'elles répondent aux besoins de l'organisation et de ses employés,
- Fournir un soutien technique et opérationnel,
- Mettre en place un programme de formation HSE afin de maintenir les compétences appropriées sur l'ensemble du site,
- Gérer les problèmes liés aux bâtiments et coordonner des interventions efficaces,
- Définir les travaux nécessaires, identifier les entrepreneurs possibles,
- Gérer les contacts externes avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants,
- Gérer les budgets CAPEX et OPEX,
- Appliquer les bonnes pratiques HSE et SMQ & assurer l'amélioration continue de l'équipe,
- Gérer les risques et impacts HSE / améliorer les performances,
- Respecter le code de conduite, la confidentialité des données,
- Réception et expédition de colis (occasionnel).
- De formation Bac + 2/3,
- Au moins 2 à 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire,
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques,
- Anglais, écrit et parlé
- Excellent relationnel avec le sens du service
- Autonome, proactif et organisé
