    Description du poste :

    L'équipe Facilities de la Maison Christian Louboutin recherche son apprenti à former au métier du Facility Management. Sur un environnement de travail de près de 5000m2 vous pourrez collaborer avec l'ensemble de l'équipe sur diverses missions multi-techniques et multi-services.

    Vous pourrez développer vos connaissances techniques et réglementaires, travailler sur des missions en sécurité ou développement durable et venir en aide à nos clients internes sur des sujets divers et variés.

    Missions

    1. Pilotage technique : suivi et planification d'interventions de maintenance préventive et curative
    2. Traitement des demandes des clients internes : prise en compte de la demande, étude du besoin et mise en œuvre de la solution
    3. Contrôle des prestations : s'assurer de la bonne application du cahier des charges
    4. Maîtrise des coûts : challenger les coûts sur tous types de dépenses
    5. Suivi administratif : juridique et comptable
    6. Support sur l'environnement de travail : penser et accompagner l'amélioration continue des espaces de travail

    Projet à venir

    1. Études de fournisseurs
    2. Participation à un audit interne de Sécurité des personnes et des biens
    3. Rédaction, publication et communication des procédures
    4. Etude et amélioration du bilan carbone

    Connaissances en cours d'acquisition :

    1. Comptables : suivre la facturation
    2. Financières : analyser des offres/devis
    3. Juridiques : rédaction et lecture de contrats
    4. Techniques : CVC, Sécurité incendie, Systèmes anti-intrusion, Plomberie, Serrurerie, Électricité, Nettoyage, 3D....
    5. Logistique : déménagement, transport, stockage
    6. Réglementation : Code du travail et ERP
