Description
Change Process Management;- Maintenance of a standardized change management process aligned with ITIL best practices;
- Definition of change management policies, procedures, and guidelines to govern the initiation, review, approval, and implementation of changes across IT service domains;
- Change Request Evaluation;
- Review and evaluation of change requests submitted by stakeholders, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and compliant with change management policies and procedures;
- Assessment of the potential impact of proposed changes on IT services, systems, and infrastructure, considering factors such as risk, cost, and business continuity;
- Change Advisory Board (CAB) Facilitation;
- Coordination and facilitation of meetings of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to review and assess change requests;
- Presentation of change proposals to the CAB, providing relevant information and analysis to support decisionmaking;
- Collaboration with CAB members to evaluate change impacts, risks, and dependencies, and to obtain necessary approvals for change implementation;
- Change Implementation Oversight;
- Monitoring od the implementation of approved changes, ensuring they are executed according to the defined change management process and schedule;
- Coordination with relevant stakeholders, including service desk technicians, system administrators, and network engineers, to execute changes efficiently and minimize disruptions to IT services;
- Tracking and documentation of change activities, including implementation status, outcomes, and any unexpected issues or incidents that arise during the change process;
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement;
- Communicate changerelated updates, announcements, and instructions to stakeholders, including end users, IT staff, and management;
- Proactively address concerns and inquiries from stakeholders regarding planned changes, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the change lifecycle;
- Continuous Improvement;
- Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the change management process, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization;
- Collection of feedback from stakeholders and CAB members to assess the impact of changes and identify areas for enhancement;
- Risk Management and Compliance;
- Ensure changes are implemented in accordance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations, such as IT security guidelines and data privacy requirements.
- Completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant domain;
- At least 5 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role;
- ITIL 4 "Create, Deliver and Support" certification is an asset;
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Eligibility to work and live in the EU.
