L'entreprise Fermetures GROOM est reconnue comme un des leaders en France de produits de compartimentage comme les ferme-portes mais également des solutions de verrouillage, de contrôle d'accès ou de désenfumage (DENFC).

    Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous cherchons à agrandir notre équipe sur notre site à Antony (92) avec un(e) Assistant(e) ADV H/F. Vous aurez pour mission d'assurer le suivi administratif et commercial sur un secteur donné et d'agir comme un vendeur sédentaire auprès de la clientèle.

    VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

    • Traitement et suivi complet des ordres et des commandes clients
    • Traitement et suivi des demandes spécifiques et des réponses aux questions des clients
    • Traitement et suivi des réclamations clients
    • Assistance et conseil à la clientèle
    • Gestion de la facturation client
    • Mise à jour et maintenance des différents fichiers clients
    • Mise à jour et vérification des conditions tarifaires
    • Contrôle hebdomadaire, analyse et justification des livraisons non facturées
    • Gestion et classement des dossiers clients
    • Archivage des données
    • Communication des informations en interne et en externe

    COMPETENCES & QUALITES

    • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac +2 minimum
    • Vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires au sein d'un service ADV
    • Vous avez une appétence pour les domaines techniques ou du second œuvre du bâtiment
    • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités organisationnelles, votre rigueur et votre ténacité
    • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques, la maîtrise de SAP est impérative
    • Vous avez des notions d'Anglais
