- Assurer le support niveau 2 et 3 pour l'application IVtracer, utilisée par 250 utilisateurs en France
- Développer votre expertise technique et fonctionnelle pour les processus EMS – Environnement Management Systems
- Analyser et résoudre les tiquets, intervenir sur la gestion des accès, gestion des incidents tout en priorisant les urgences
- Travailler avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles, réaliser les scripts de test et les exécuter.
- Effectuer une évaluation d'impact technique dans le cadre d'évolutions technico-fonctionnelles et implémenter des correctifs basés sur l'analyse des causes
- S'assurer du respect des normes et méthodologie dans en environnement GxP
- Intervenir dans le cadre d'audits des différents instance ANSES, EMA, FDA
- Assurer une communication régulière avec l'éditeur afin de proposer de nouvelles solutions aux demandes utilisateurs
- Documenter les « Standard Operating Procedures » et identifier les domaines d'amélioration
- Mettre à jour de la base de connaissances et assurer un reporting régulier auprès du Service Manager.

Cognizant renforce ses équipes Support Applicatif pour un programme pour le Life Science en France. Nous recrutons un (e) Analyste Technico-fonctionnel sur une application EHS (IVtracer) dédiée à 250 utilisateurs en France. Ce poste intègre des dispositions de travail en home-office ( mode hybride) et un environnement de travail anglophone, il peut être localisé à Paris La Défense ou à Lyon Confluence.
Après une période d'intégration et de formation, vos missions seront :
Issu (e) d'une formation en informatique, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en support applicatif sur une solution d'ITSM type servicenow.
Vous possédez des compétences techniques sur Windows / UNIX (command line) et les bases de données PostGRE SQL. D'un point de vue fonctionnel, une première expérience dans un environnement pharmaceutique / sur une application d'EMS (type IVtracer) est un plus.
Vous êtes curieux et organisé, apprenant pour développer vos compétences techniques et fonctionnelles dans un dispositif Application Managed Services, en vous appuyant sur un bon niveau de communication en Français et en Anglais. Vous souhaitez travailler avec des utilisateurs sur des applications critiques dans un environnement industriel grand compte. Votre sens de le satisfaction utilisateur et votre goût pour les processus industriels/ EHS/ EMS vous permettront de monter en puissance sur les aspects technico-fonctionnels, accompagné par les seniors de l'équipe.
