- Support à la gestion de projet : assurer une structure et une clarté dans le suivi de projets, essentiel pour le succès des initiatives IT.
- Amélioration des outils et processus : S'assurer que les outils comme Jira sont pleinement exploités pour améliorer l'efficacité des équipes IT (processus, KPI, ...)
- Standardisation et documentation : Créer des supports et des documents de référence pour uniformiser les pratiques et faciliter l'onboarding.
- Certification et conformité : Aider à l'implémentation de normes comme l'ISO-27001, renforçant la sécurité et la qualité des processus IT.
- Cohésion et communication interne : Promouvoir une meilleure intégration entre les différents métiers IT et soutenir l'organisation des activités de team building.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais: Une compétence en anglais courant est essentielle pour travailler efficacement dans notre environnement international. Parler une troisième langue européenne est un plus
- Formation académique: Tu es actuellement en cours de formation bac+3/4 en école de management ou ingénieur.
- Un excellent relationnel, de la rigueur, des qualités rédactionnelles sont nécessaires pour mener au mieux tes missions. Tu connais les méthodes de gestion de projet.
- Idéalement, Tu as une appétence pour le domaine de l'énergie et de l'IT

IT-BS est l'entité responsable des développements de la solution interne mise en place par et pour Energy-Pool (DERMS, EMS, ...) dans une application cloud.
L'alternant assistant.e manager IT vient principalement épauler le responsable de la filière développement et potentiellement ses collègues du comité de direction du département IT qui se structure (110 personnes à date).
