    Our client, a leading contract research organisation with over three decades of expertise is seeking a motivated Feasibility and Proposal Manager to join their dynamic team in Rennes.     Your Role as Feasibility and Proposal Manager

    In this pivotal role, you will:

    • Conduct evaluations to determine the feasibility of studies in response to tenders.
    • Collaborate with medical, operational, and financial teams to analyse client projects and develop tailored proposals.
    • Create detailed technical proposals for new business opportunities.
    • Identify growth areas within the Clinical Operations unit and drive development.
    • Engage with current and prospective clients, presenting innovative Clinical Operations services.
    • Play an active role in bid defence meetings and the preparation of presentation solutions for client projects.
    • Utilise exceptional writing skills to assist in crafting communication materials alongside the Marketing team.
    • Propose enhancements to project monitoring and presentation tools to optimise service delivery.

    Experience and Qualifications for the Feasibility and Proposal Manager Role

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A higher education degree in science or technology.
    • At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
    • Fluency in professional English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to persuasively articulate service offerings.
    • A proactive approach, with keen attention to detail and a strong inclination for problem-solving.
