We are currently looking for a Global Development Project Co-ordinator (F/M) on a permanent contract for the headquarters in Issy-Les-Moulineaux (92).

The Global Development Team is a highly specialised department of Geopost's headquarters, focused on the development of international business solutions, working on commercial, operations and technical interoperability projects, with an aim to increase the value proposition for current and future customers. A key responsibility is to connect European and International business units within the Group and developing partnerships with worldwide companies to expand the Group ́s global footprint. The Global Development Team is also responsible for ensuring international compliance governance is in place and in line with the Group's Corporate Governance rules.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the International network director, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Business Units in developing international parcel service activity. This involves leading a community of local experts, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices within the Group.
Your main responsibilities are:
To drive an efficient and robust project management process from initiation to delivery
To plan and monitor project deployment plans alongside project managers
To create and monitor project action plans with all stakeholders
To document project related meetings and follow up action plans
produce Flash reports / minutes of meetings
maintain Action, and risk/mitigation logs
produce project related presentations
manage project related change requests
To animate weekly project status meetings and a monthly project board meeting
To organise project meetings and accompany project managers when requested
To organise and manage international community meetings and animate Global Development communication channels
Profile and Skills required
To achieve the assigned objectives, the Project and Community Coordinator must demonstrate organizational, relational, and technical skills, including:
Organisation, rigor, and pragmatism.
Autonomy and proposal strength.
Relational ease and persuasive ability.
Mastery of project management fundamentals.
Ability to design and conduct presentations.
Analytical, synthetic, and structuring skills for ideas and/or information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, and Excel, Project).
Conceptualize and convey the Group's strategic vision.

Higher education degree from a university or business school. Knowledge of the logistics/transportation industry is a definite plus.
Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
Proficiency in another European language is a real plus.
Travel is expected, averaging 2 trips per month.
