En 50 ans notre Société s'est imposée comme l'un des acteurs majeurs de la mise à disposition et entretien de matériels de nettoyage pour pièces mécaniques et/ou industrielles ainsi que la récupération et le traitement des produits usagés (300 collaborateurs, 58 millions € de chiffre d'affaires). En perpétuel développement nous avons des objectifs de croissance ambitieux.
Notre clientèle est très diversifiée : de la réparation du matériel industriel aux métiers de l'automobile et du transport. Elle compte parmi ses plus gros clients : Air France, la RATP, la SNCF .... Safetykleen fournit un service intégral de dégraissage et de nettoyage industriel, avec une large gamme de machines et solutions détergentes sur-mesure, conçues pour répondre aux exigences environnementales de nettoyage.
Résumé du poste
Rattaché(e) au Crédit Manager au sein d'un service de plus 10 personnes réparties en plusieurs pôles (ADV, cash, recouvrement), vous participerez activement à la vie du service au travers des missions suivantes :
- Gérer les contrats et assurer le suivi des bons de commande afin de permettre la facturation
- Saisir et valider les commandes dans notre système
- Assurer le contrôle des éléments de facturation : prix, adresse, bon de commande et réaliser les actions correctrices
- S'assurer du respect des bonnes conditions de facturation de chaque client
- Mise à jour des bases de données : SIRET, TVA, conditions de règlement ...
- Participer au processus de dématérialisation des factures clients
- Participer à l'amélioration des procédures administratives de traitement des commandes
Profil
Vous préparez pour la rentrée prochaine une licence professionnelle ou une 2ème année du DUT/BTS dans le commerce ou équivalent avec une première expérience professionnelle réussie (stage, alternance) qui vous conforte dans votre volonté de poursuivre dans le domaine de l'administration des ventes ou du commerciale.
Un bon sens de l'organisation et une curiosité seront indispensables dans la réussite des missions qui vous seront confiées.
