- Synthèse des weekly reports
- Préparation du rapport mensuel, synthèse de l'activité du Retail & WHS zone France & Southern Europe
- Reportings ponctuels sur la performance des ventes du réseau par vendeurs et par boutiques
- Suivi et traitement des commissions apporteur d'affaire
- Réguler les factures et notes de frais du service Retail
- Gestion remboursements client en lien avec le service comptabilité
- Assistance dans divers projets de retail excellence et dans la gestion des uniformes boutiques
- Préparer les programmes d'intégration des nouveaux vendeurs dans la maison
- Préparation d'outils d'aide à la vente pour les boutiques
- Participer à l'organisation de différents évènements du service Retail : Managers Meeting, Formation pour les vendeurs
- Aller à la rencontre des Retail boutiques & partenaires WHS pour toutes demandes
- Master 1 ou 2 - Ecole de Commerce/Université
- Forte capacité de travail
- Dynamique, énergique et doté d'une forte autonomie, il ou elle cherchera à faire avancer les dossiers
- Bon relationnel
- Avoir le sens des responsabilités
- Être polyvalent
- Maîtrise de la suite office, en particulier capacité à réaliser des présentations PowerPoint synthétiques de qualité ainsi qu'être à l'aise avec Excel
- Maîtrise du Français prérequis
- Anglais courant souhaité
