- Support global sales team for existing or new product launch: pricing, distribution and positioning strategy, content for launch messaging, sales training materials, key international conferences and industry events, white papers, promotional campaign and point of sale collateral materials
- Teamwork with Marcom team to co-develop marketing assets
- Monitor performance trends. Gather market data from all sales organizations and customers worldwide to accurately estimate demand and propose sales targets and product improvement opportunities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- Provide market segmentation, use cases, customer needs, product requirements and market demands to support the product development and improvement process
- Participate in defining and specifying new products and business models through analysis of market need, discussions with KOLs and development of business plans
- Represent the customer (optometrists, sales, regions and service) in project teams
- Dual degree in marketing and optometry / orthopty / optics
- 4-years' experience in marketing preferably in Ophthalmology
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills with the ability to co-author white papers on our products and animate trainings or seminars.
- Ability to work in a work cross-functionally and in a multi-cultural business environment
- Fluent in English
- Available to travel over weekends or holidays if required for international travel (10%).

Purpose of the role:
Within the Essilor Instruments department, you will join the Global Product Marketing team covering Posterior Segment & Dry Eye instruments for Eye Care Practitioners worldwide. Our team is in charge of the long-term product roadmap as well as the current product portfolio management with key impacts on the success of the division.
