Description
Poste : Dans le cadre de la forte montée en cadence annoncée pour 2024 du site de production SEP Méru, nous avons besoin de sécuriser encore plus nos moyens de production, par le renforcement de notre stock stratégique de pièces détachées d'une part et le développement de la TPM d'autre part.
Au sein du département Ingénierie de Production, sous l'autorité du Responsable du service Maintenance, vous :
- Analysez les besoins et renforcez le stock des pièces de rechange stratégiques.
- Déployez la TPM au sein des lignes de production.
- Trouvez des solutions pour améliorer les performances du matériel.
- Mettez en place les KPI nécessaire au bon pilotage de l'activité de maintenance.
- Rédigez / Mettez à jour les gammes de maintenance.
- Contribuez à la mise à jour du back-up plan en collaboration avec les responsables maintenance et Bureau d'Etudes Méthodes.
- Exploitez et développez le système de GMAO MAINTA.
- Proposez des nouveaux outils pour faciliter le travail des techniciens de maintenance lors de leurs interventions.
- Participez au choix des éléments constituant les nouveaux moyens en cours de développement par l'équipe Bureau d'Etude méthode pour standardiser les équipements et en faciliter leur entretien futur.
Profil : Vous êtes issu-e d'une formation Bac+5 ou équivalent en Méthode maintenance industrielle et disposez d'une expérience de minimum 8 ans dans un service maintenance.
- Vous maîtrisez la mise en place et développement de GMAO et de la TPM.
- Vous pouvez définir et gérer les pièces détachées d'un magasin.
Polyvalent-e, curieux-se, créatif-ve et autonome, vous avez le sens du travail en équipe.
