PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR CONFIRMED

Your mission:


Under the direction of the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 300 payrolls.


You will also be involved in the migration project of our payroll software package from SAP to ADP with the Decidium solution.


You will have a key role in advising our HR partners (HRBP, Learning and Development...) and our employees on payroll-related issues.


Personnel administration:

  • Followup of the employee's life from the hiring to the final balance.
  • Realization of the formalities of hiring: DPAE, affiliation with the social organizations.
  • Management of affiliations, modifications and cancellations to the health and welfare scheme.
  • Drawing up certificates (employment, compulsory mutual insurance, tax...) and other administrative documents.
  • Drawing up documents for the balance of accounts (work certificate, receipt for the balance of accounts, certificate from the employment office, etc.).
  • Followup and processing of absences due to illness, work accidents, maternity: salary attestation via DSN, followup of IJSS, constitution and followup of provident files.
Payroll and Post-Payroll

  • Integration of new employees in the payroll software.
  • Time management (absences/attendance).
  • Preparatory activity (collection, data inventory, precalculations).
  • Establishment of pay slips, control of pay calculations and followup of variable pay elements.
  • Establishment of balances of accounts: calculation of endofcontract indemnities, verification of balances of accounts established by other payroll managers.
  • Establishment and control of the DSN (monthly, quarterly and annual social charges): verification of the amounts in relation to the payroll, verification and correction of anomalies during the passage in the control tools and deposit on Net entreprise.
  • Postpayroll reporting for the different departments and regions of the group (finance, accounting, tax, human resources).

HRIS:

  • Followup of the evolution of the regulations for the payroll parameterization.
  • Acceptance of settings in a test environment (creation of new items, legal changes, etc.).
  • Verification of the passage of the parameterizations in the real environment "production" and control of the results (headings, social treatment, tax treatment, accounting account, DSN).
  • Migration project from the SAP payroll software package to ADP Decidium.

Profile:


  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • You are comfortable with HRIS tools in a digital environment.
  • English
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and Pack Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of ADP Decidium is appreciated.
