Tes principales missions :
Au sein de l'équipe en charge des Ressources Humaines et des services généraux de l'agence W, vos missions seront :
-Administration du personnel (DPAE, affiliation mutuelle, visite médicale, parcours d'intégration, etc...) et diverses tâches administratives
Recrutement et gestion des stagiaires de l'entreprise : sourcing, poster les annonces, trier les CV, effectuer les pré-entretiens téléphoniques, participer aux entretiens de recrutement avec le manager, formalités d'entrées et de sorties, entretiens de bilan de fin de stage, gestion du groupe Facebook, ...
Contrôle de gestion RH : tableaux de bord et Indicateurs sociaux
Formation : gestion de la partie administrative (saisie des dossiers, convocations, etc...)
Participation conjointement avec la responsable des ressources humaines à des sujets
de développement RH
Veille sociale
Aide à la gestion des services généraux conjointement avec la responsable RH
