Sarawak recrute un chef des ventes (H/F) en CDD du 03/06/2024 au 02/08/2024.
Représenter des grandes marques : en tant que chef des ventes , vous piloterez l'activité commerciale et vous développerez les compétences de votre équipe afin de développer les résultats de nos clients.
Négocier dans les points de vente : vous serez le support et le guide de votre équipe pour assurer la pleine détention des produits de nos clients.
Développer les parts de marché : grâce à l'analyse des performances, vous mettrez en œuvre des actions afin de développer les parts de marché pour participer à l'atteinte de l'objectif collectif.
Remontées d'informations : vos multiples remontés d'informations permettront d'enrichir la stratégie commerciale.
En apprentissage continu : en formation approfondie et personnalisée, vous intégrerez une véritable école appliquée des ventes.
En évolution potentielle : grâce à la diversité de nos missions et à la promotion interne (95% des managers nommés en interne).

Le package attractif : fixe de 2800€ Brut mensuel+ bonus de 400€ Brut mensuel si objectifs atteints en fin de CDD.
