LOCATION:
Paris, France

**PURPOSE: Responsible to provide legal support and expertise to the different areas of PTI, absolving queries, analyzing and elaborating legal documents, such as Asset Management, Lease administration, site acquisition, Sales agents, Finance among others.

**FUNCTIONS: - Draws up, reviews, and negotiates real estate agreements (in particular LOI, civil leases, emphyteutic leases, asset deals), establishes the conditions agreed with the different parties and supporting Asset Managers and Property Managers,

  • Drafts services agreements, telecom hosting agreements and supports operational staff in charge of Sales and Leases,
  • Carries out the due diligence processes on the different aspects and stages of each project,
  • Prepares corporate documents (e

g:
minutes, PoAs) in accordance with the companies' bylaws and shareholders' agreements,

  • Monitors the companies' legal secretary, takes part in restructuring operations, and maintains legal file of the French entities,
  • Prepares trackers and requested reports, updates internal registers (e.g. PoAs, litigation),
  • Serves as a liaison with the external lawyers and notaries, and coordinates with them to safeguard the interests of PTI,
  • Represents the company before counterparts and clients,
  • Followsup litigations,
  • Monitors any key legislative or procedural changes in the market that might be business impacting,
  • Exercises other duties or functions as required in the capacity of Attorney to the company.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

**Position works in a standard office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Have a Master's degree in real estate law, a degree in corporate law and a valid title of Lawyer will be valued,
  • Have at least 5 to 8 years of experience and practice in related issues of Law in relation to real estate. The knowledge and experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage that will be valued,
  • Bilingual (French and English fluent),
  • Have organizational skills,
  • Knowledge of local regulations,
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Availability to respond to extemporaneous and extraordinary requests,
  • Ability to work under pressure.
