Notre client est un acteur international majeur du secteur de la santé basé au sud de Paris.Au sein de la Direction Juridique du Groupe, et plus particulièrement du Pôle Corporate, vous intervenez en tant que Paralegal Corporate International dans la zone monde et sur les sujets suivants : - Gestion du portefeuille de sociétés françaises : Planification des CA et AG en lien avec les autres fonctions concernées, préparation de la documentation en vue notamment des conseils et assemblées, ouverture, fermeture et mise à jour des établissements secondaires en coopération avec les différents partenaires notamment business, mise à jour régulière de tous les registres obligatoires, etc. - Gestion des formalités auprès du registre du commerce et des sociétés, - Participation active au développement de la digitalisation de la base de données, - Support dans la préparation et l'exécution des opérations de restructuration juridique internes, - Gestion du portefeuille de filiales étrangères : Être le point de contact en vue de répondre aux demandes de support en droit des sociétés. Cette liste n'est pas limitative.
- Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Paralegal dans un cabinet d'Avocat et/ou un Groupe international, - Solides qualités d'organisation, aisance dans l'utilisation et la gestion des outils informatiques et bases de données, rigueur, esprit d'équipe, proactivité et « orienté solutions », discrétion et respect des règles de confidentialité, - Une formation en droit serait un plus, - Anglais impératif à l'écrit et à l'oral compte tenu du périmètre international quotidien.
