N°1 du lait de consommation et N°2 du beurre en France, Candia est à l'origine d'initiatives novatrices sur son marché : bouteille UHT, laits infantiles, briques à bouchon, produits enrichis... Aujourd'hui, avec 6 laiteries et beurreries et 1 500 collaborateurs, Candia commercialise 1 milliard de litres de lait, tonnes de beurre, 60 millions de litres de crème, réalisant ainsi 1,6 Milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires. Sodiaal est un groupe handi-accueillant.Au sein de la Direction Nationale des Ventes, vous travaillerez avec le Responsable du développement des ventes. Votre mission sera de construire et mettre à jour tous les outils nécessaire à la Force de vente GMS et proxi. Vos capacités d'analyse et d'organisation seront de rigueur pour : * Développer, construire et mettre à jour les d'outils d'aide à la vente (Argumentaires, fiche produit, plan de vente ?) avec des prestataires externes le cas échéant * Gérer les outils Force de vente (Book de vente Milkshake ou Dossier de cycle, par exemple) * Mettre à jour des tableaux de pilotage pour suivre la montée en puissance des innovations * Recenser les besoins auprès des Chefs des Ventes Régionaux et mettre en place des outils de vente de leur équipe Véritable support du Responsable Développement des Ventes, vous serez amené à travailler sur plusieurs projets ayant chacun leurs objectifs et enjeux propres.
De Formation Bac+4/5 en école de commerce / ingénieur agro, vous avez idéalement une expérience (stage) en GMS (chef de secteur ou poste Siège). Vous connaissez (& vous aimez ) la grande distribution. Vous avez une bonne maitrise du Pack-Office (Excel et PowerPoint). et ré, vous avez l'esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous appréciez le travail en groupe au sein d'une équipe dynamique.
