Le poste
Nous recherchons pour notre secteur de l'Ile-de-France un Chef des Ventes (spécialisé en second-oeuvre du bâtiment) - H/F .
En collaboration avec votre chef de secteur, vous établissez et déployez la stratégie commerciale du bassin via l'accompagnement des équipes commerciales (animation de réunions, établissement des objectifs, formations, support technique, etc...).
Vous pilotez la stratégie commerciale fournisseur de la région, en accord avec la stratégie de l'entreprise et votre chef de secteur.
Vous avez la responsabilité directe de certains clients : visites et animations commerciales.
En outre, véritable ambassadeur de Chausson Matériaux, vous participez aux actions commerciales et assurez la promotion et la vente de nos produits en prospectant et fidélisant une clientèle de professionnels.
Profil recherché
De formation Bac + 2 (commerce/ vente ou bâtiment), vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans l'encadrement d'équipes commerciales.
Précis(e), rigoureux(se) et volontaire, vous faites preuve d'aisance relationnelle, avez un bon contact commercial et de solides connaissances en second-oeuvre (plâtrerie, peinture, isolation, menuiserie ...) .
A compétences égales, le poste est ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap.
Au salaire fixe, s'ajoutent : mutuelle prise en charge à %, des chèques déjeuner, une prime sur les résultats d'exploitation, une participation aux bénéfices, une prime de vacances, et des avantages liés aux œuvres sociales de l'entreprise.
