Nous recrutons un(e) chef(e) des ventes au sein de l'équipe commerciale d'Alfortville. Votre mission principale sera de garantir la performance commerciale de votre secteur en animant et développant votre équipe de commerciaux itinérants.
Vous motivez et accompagnez vos commerciaux terrains
A travers des points hebdo et des plans d'action individuels, vous challengez votre équipe dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs commerciaux. Vous développez leurs compétences, notamment en les accompagnant chaque semaine lors de rendez-vous clients.
Vous gérez les opérations commerciales
Vous participez à l'élaboration des opérations commerciales locales et nationales et les animez auprès de votre équipe.
Vous analysez l'activité par portefeuille
Vous suivez et pilotez les résultats et les budgets via un outil informatique (CRM) afin de mettre en place des plans d'actions correctifs si nécessaire. Vous garantissez le respect de la politique tarifaire et la promotion de nos produits et services.
Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres managers de l'agence pour garantir un service client de qualité.
