- Administration des systèmes de reporting financier du groupe
- Préparation des outils pour les rapports mensuels, budgétaires et de business plan : création des packages, création des tâches de consolidation, mise à jour de la table des taux de change et des scopes, création de nouvelles entités...
- Support aux utilisateurs finaux lors de la clôture : aide à la compréhension et à la résolution des contrôles bloquants...
- Coordination avec le service d'hébergement de notre outil SAP FC pour gérer les incidents (problèmes de connexion...)
- Analyse et mise en œuvre des demandes d'évolution : demandes de changement provenant des équipes du contrôle de gestion, de la trésorerie ou de la consolidation (création de nouveaux comptes ou analyses, mise en œuvre des règles IFRS...)
- Développement et mise en place de modules de formation dédiés aux utilisateurs finaux ( utilisateurs)
- Animation de formations pour les utilisateurs finaux (formations en face à face et en ligne)
- Mise en place de processus et de procédures d'amélioration continue
- Mise en place et gestion des indicateurs de performance et de qualité du service de Reporting
- Optimisation des tâches de consolidation en collaborant avec les équipes de contrôle et de trésorerie pour évaluer leurs besoins.
- Automatisation et/ou optimisation des tâches du processus de reporting
- Contribuer au programme d'éthique et de conformité du Groupe en appliquant et en respectant le code d'éthique et les politiques de Valeo.
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master en école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, et avez une appétence pour les systèmes d'information financier
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), curieux(se) et doté(e) d'une aisance relationnelle
- Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse
- Vous maitrisez le Pack Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word); des connaissances en consolidation financière SAP et SQL seront un plus
- Aucune expérience n'est requise, mais une première expérience réussie (formation, apprentissage...) dans le domaine du contrôle de gestion, de la finance ou des systèmes d'information serait appréciée
- Vous parlez français et anglais (bon niveau demandé)
