- Participer la construction et lvolution du projet du LBMO et le mettre en uvre en collaboration avec le directeur du LBMO, notamment dans le cadre des projets mdico-scientifiques.
- Assurer le rle de responsable de lorganisation gnrale du LBMO sur les aspects humains, techniques, budgtaires et projets, en dehors de l'quipe mdicale.
- Participer llaboration et la mise en uvre de la contractualisation budgtaire, en lien avec le directeur du LBMO.
- Piloter lactivit en intgrant la recherche de lefficience organisationnelle et la question des RIHN (suivi et facturation en lien avec la Direction des Affaires Financires).
- Garantir la bonne application des normes qualit et assurer le suivi et la coordination des audits du LBMO.
- Garantir lhygine et la scurit au sein du LBMO.
- Travailler en transversalit avec toutes les fonctions mtiers et de support : en interne lOCR et en partenariat avec d'autres instances (CHU, CH, cliniques, laboratoires externes, tablissements de formation...).

Prsentation du Laboratoire :
Le Laboratoire de Biologie Mdicale Oncologique (LBMO) de lOncopole Claudius Regaud prend en charge les analyses mdicales des patients de lOncopole et effectue certaines analyses trs spcifiques pour des patients externes.
Le laboratoire est compos de 5 secteurs : biologie de rponse rapide regroupant les activits de biochimie-marqueurs tumoraux, de pharmacologie-pharmacocintique, d'oncogntique, de biologie prospective et dimmunomonitoring, et dveloppe des programmes de recherche. Il est accrdit COFRAC.
Le poste :
LOncopole Claudius Regaud recrute un Cadre de Dpartement du LBMO H/F en CDI.
Vous serez rattach(e) hirarchiquement la Directrice Adjointe Gnrale. cet effet, vous devrez effectuer les reportings adquats du laboratoire.
